The Wine Spectator Distinction. Its awards recognize those impressionable restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections that are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers. Most of our Prime Time Top 10 Steakhouses have earned the Wine Spectator Distinction.
Wine Spectator awards are evaluated and awarded only to those restaurants that satisfy firm wine list criteria including thematic harmony to menu, vintage depth over a wide variety of wine regions, vertical offerings of top wine producers, superior wine presentation and devotion to wine program quality.
