Polo Grill's proprietor/chefs. Ouida and Robert have been rcognized by the James Beard Foundation as "Rising Stars of American Cuisine" and were invited to cook at the prestigious Beard House in New York City. Robert has been named as a "Celebrated Chef" by the National Pork Producers Council and was sent to Russia and China as a culinary goodwill ambassador. Both Ouida and Robert have been featured on the Food Network.
