Polo Grill, located Tulsa's Utica Square, has been recognized for its achievements countless times on local, regional and national levels. Included among its awards is garnering the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for eleven consecutive years. It is also proud of other distinctions such as its AAA Travel Guide's Four Diamond Rating and winning the DiRoNA Award as one of North America's Most Distinguished Restaurants.
As proprietor/chef, Robert has been recognized by the James Beard Foundation as "Rising Stars of American Cuisine" and was invited to cook at the prestigious Beard House in New York City. Robert has been named as a "Celebrated Chef" by the National Pork Producers Council and was sent to Russia and China as a culinary goodwill ambassador. He has also been featured on the Food Network
